Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Your order must be returned to us within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in a resalable condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking charge may be applied to returned items.
Where collection of returned goods is required, an additional £35.00 collection charge may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order products
- Bespoke products
- Special-order items
Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Any items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in a resalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
Part-Used Products
We are unable to accept returns of:
- Part-used lengths
- Opened or incomplete boxes
- Part-used products or components
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our suppliers and couriers to resolve the issue promptly.
