This 4 Hour Fire Rated Expanding Gun Grade Foam is a professional 750ml polyurethane foam designed for fire-resistant sealing, gap filling and insulation. Rated to BS476 and fire retardant for up to 240 minutes, it provides an efficient seal against smoke and gas in construction and installation work.
The foam is supplied in an aerosol can for use with a foam gun applicator and is fitted with the Click&Fix system for easy, controlled application. Once applied, it expands to fill gaps and cavities with excellent stability, no shrinkage and no post-expansion.
Suitable for use around fire-rated joints, wall gaps, pipe penetrations, window frames, door frames and construction voids, this gun grade expanding foam offers strong adhesion to most building substrates, excluding Teflon, PE and PP.
It provides high thermal and acoustic insulation, strong bonding performance and excellent filling characteristics. The foam can be painted after full cure, giving a clean professional finish. Manufactured with ozone-safe propellants for quality, reliability and peace of mind.
